The customer has to exercise its right of cancellation by sending an e-mail at [e-mail] referencing the order number. We will send you by e-mail a "Return Form" that must be printed and filled with every information and attached to the returned products. The withdrawal right is exercised by the return of the product at its own expense, with the "Return Form" attached outside the package. In order to enjoy the right of withdrawal, the user must deliver the shipment within 10 days from the date of receival. The products must be properly packed in their original packaging, in perfect condition (not used, not damaged).
