我々は商品をアメリカ倉庫で受け取ったあと10日前後で返金手続きを行います
商品を日本に送り返し検品した後に返金を行いますので時間が掛かる事をご了承下さい


まず初めに郵便局には問い合わせて頂けましたか？
荷物の所在について何と言っていましたか？
また同じ商品の在庫を問屋に確認した所次回入荷が8月以降となっておりました
大変申し訳ありませんが返金にて対応させて頂けないでしょうか。

We just confirmed your return request just a while ago.
You will be charged for the shipping fee for the return item.
We will process a refund about 10 days after we receive the item at our warehouse in the U.S..
Please allow us some time since we must process the refund after the item is shipped back to Japan and inspected.

First of all, have you already contacted your local post office?
What have they told you about where the item is now?
We asked the wholesale if they have any stocks of the same item, and they said that it will come in after August,
We are very sorry, and we would like to refund for your item if it is okay with you.
