我々は商品をアメリカ倉庫で受け取ったあと10日前後で返金手続きを行います
商品を日本に送り返し検品した後に返金を行いますので時間が掛かる事をご了承下さい


まず初めに郵便局には問い合わせて頂けましたか?
荷物の所在について何と言っていましたか?
また同じ商品の在庫を問屋に確認した所次回入荷が8月以降となっておりました
大変申し訳ありませんが返金にて対応させて頂けないでしょうか。

I have just approved the return request.
The return shipment charge has to be taken on by you.
We will do the refund procedures around ten days after we will have received the product at our warehouse in the United States. We appreciate your understanding that it takes some time because we refund your payment after returning the product to Japan and checking it.

Firstly, have you asked the post office?
What did they say as to the product location?
Besides, I checked the product inventory at the wholesale dealer to find that the next shipment is scheduled in August and after.
We are very sorry, but could you please let us answer you by repayment?
