amazonEUで出品してはいけない商品を出品してしまったこと心からお詫びします。多くの出品者とAMAZONに対して迷惑をかけたことについて大変申し訳ありません。
今回多くの出品禁止商品が出た理由としては
csvでの商品アップロードする際のシステム上にて出品商品確認機能にエラーが発生しており、本来の出品してはいけない商品が若干発生していることが挙げられます。
上記問題を改善するために現在以下の管理体制を計画・実行しております。
・商品管理システムの見直し。
I sincerely apologize for listing an item that is not allowed to be listed on amazonEU. I am very sorry for causing such trouble for the many sellers and Amazon.
The reason why so many banned items were listed is because of the system error during the item confirmation while uploading them on csv file. This caused a number of items that are not supposed to be listed to appear.
In order to resolve the above issue, we are currently planning and implementing the following management system.
- Revision of the product management system
