以前、あなたから２つこの商品を購入しました。
そして、購入する前の8月20日に私はあなたに以下の質問をしました。
「Is the display of Japanese possible?」
あなたはその質問に「Hi,Thank you for your message. The menu can be switched to Japanese.Regards,Klaus」と答えてくれました。
ところが届いた商品は２つとも日本語表示機能がついていませんでした。
２つとも日本語が表示されないと使用できないので、返品したいのですが良いですか？
商品は２つとも使用せず綺麗に保管してます。
良い返事を待ってます。

Previously i bought 2 of this items from you.
On 20/Aug, i asked you below question before place order.
"Is the display of Japanese possible?"
Then you replied to me "Hi,Thank you for your message. The menu can be switched to Japanese.Regards,Klaus".
However both the items did not have function to display Japanese language.
As both the items can not use it without Japanese language, can i return them?
Both of two items are unused and kept in good condition.
