新品のメーカー品をお送りさせていただきました。
海外発送の場合、商品ダメージが大きいので弊社の方で再梱包させていただきましたが、
結果的にダメージがあったようで申し訳ありませんでした。
念のため送る前のメーカーの箱の画像をご覧ください。

ヒビ割れや傷の写真を添付して頂いてよろしいでしょうか?

少しの傷やヒビ割れはメーカー生産時に、製造過程で付くみたいです。
