返金を要求した理由は、発送予定日を大幅に過ぎても商品が発送されず、信頼できない出品者だと思ったからです。
「当日発送」と記載していたのに、あなたは2週間以上も商品を発送しなかった。
この事を全く問題がないと考えているのですか？

I requested for refund since the item I had won was never shipped many days after the planned shipping date.
It seriously deteriorated my trust on you.
You had not shipped for 2 weeks though you mentioned that you would ship 'immediately on the day of contact'.
How do you think about this issue ?
