When item arrived, delivery man, in spite of that fact that you were home, left "not at home" message and brought back the item, right?
Really sorry for that. In this case, if I ask for investigation, it becomes investigation from another country, so it will take a lot of time.
I am very sorry to ask you, but can you please, give following tracking number to your post-office and say : " I was home but postman left "not at home" message and went back to the post,what should I do now?"
