何ケ月、あるいは何年も使わない道具、書類、機械や設備などいらないものはないかをチェックすることが必要である。
必要なものでも、工具や部品を床、機械、設備　等に置いてあれば１点の職場

今日、使うものはどれか、１週間以内に使うものはどれか、というようにチェックする
床に直接物を置かない
使う予定のないものは、思いきって捨てる
通路に物を置かれては困る
床はきれいになった。次は壁際や通路だ!
スーパーの展示を参考にしたよ
