I have spent too much time on this issue as I have to leave work every time I go to the post office (3 times now)!

I am hopeful you can figure out how to solve this problem as there is nothing else I can do from my end.

The tone arm looks different than the original and is not passing the apt tonearm test but I guess it could be because of some other problem. I am looking into it. Do let me know if the complete tonearm base replacement is available with you

It s a 2011-model. I think it s called chaser.

How do I know if its a i or a L series? (Tried to google but couldn t find any info)

当方からの万策はつきましたので、御社のほうで問題解決を図って頂けることを希望します。

Tone armはオリジナルと異なって見え、apt tonearm test をパスしていませんが、おそらく他の問題によるものと思われます。現在調査中です。tone arm一式のベース交換が可能であれば是非ご連絡下さい。

2011年モデルです。Chaserというものだと思います。

それがi　または Lシリーズであるかどうかをどうやったら私が判別することができるのでしょうか？（Googleも試しましたが何の情報も得られませんでした）
