私はセラーからのオファーのメールと支払った明細の画像もメールした。

アカウントを確認して欲しいと何度もメールしたがセラーは全く対応しない。
アカウントを確認すれば100%受取り確認はできるのになぜそれをしないのか?
セラーは自分の勘違いだった事に早く気付くべきです。

私は英語を上手く話す事ができないので説明不足だったかもしれない。
しかしセラーはこちらの質問に全く誠意をもって対応しない。

今は注文は1つだけだと主張していますが最初は注文の商品は全て発送したし小包は開封されていなかったか?
