Thank you for your reply and understanding. Before we fulfill this order, we have had a lot of discussions here and the conclusion is that we need to re-negotiate our operating agreement. We tried our best to be accommodating and fulfill special requests, especially on pricing, and we thought we could make it work, but unfortunately we cannot operate on the previously agreed margins. We are in the process of expanding and re-organizing our business structure and we will not have as much control over the fulfillment and ordering process.

お返事いただき、またご理解いただき、ありがとうございます。この注文を処理する前に、弊社で多く議論して至った結論は、操業協定の再交渉が必要だということです。弊社は特別な要求、特に価格において最大限にご意向に沿うよう努力をいたしました。そして、それで大丈夫だと思いました。しかし残念ながら、先の契約のマージンでは営業が不可能な状況です。弊社は事業構成の拡大と、再組織を進めている途中でして、注文処理や注文過程にあまりコントロールがきかなくなりそうです。
