We've looked into your situation. Unfortunately, the Feedback you've received doesn't meet our criteria for removal. When reviewing the feedback, the buyer never said anything about tax nor did not say that the item was not delivered. It was just merely "problem with sending.."
To keep the Feedback system as open and honest as possible, we only remove Feedback in a few, very limited cases.

After reviewing the negative feedback the buyer left, unfortunately the feedback does not qualify for removal. While I understand you are claiming the buyer only left this feedback because they made a mistake with your return address, the buyer does not mention this in their feedback.
