◯月◯日に注文した商品は違うものが届きました。
注文した商品の型番はxxxで、実際に届いた商品はyyyでした。
xxxはマイクが4本付属しているはずですが、yyyが到着したためマイクが付属していませんでした。
商品のパッケージと同梱物の写真を添付しますので、ご確認ください。

また、商品は日本の友人に発送し、現在は日本にあります。
返金・交換対応をして欲しいのですがどうしたらいいでしょうか？

I received the wrong item for the order I placed on ○,○.
Model number I ordered was xxx but the one I received was yyy.
xxx should have 4 microphones but there was no microphone because yyy was delivered.
I'm attaching the photo of the package of the item and included pieces, please kindly check it.

Also the item was sent to my friend in Japan and it's currently inJapan.
I'd like to request refund and exchange, what should I do?
