Regarding returning the product

Whom may it concern,
Hello, I am writing this e-mail from Japan. I ordered 13 items from you recently, however, I want to return 2 of them because they are slightly different from what I imaged.

Is it possible to return the items? Exchanging to other items is also acceptable. If so, please tell me what kind of process I shold take.

Could you tell me the address the returning items to be sent?
