Hi I understand your frustration as this is not my normal way of doing business.My excuses are genuine .
First the instrument failed to turn up from Vincent Bach international when requested then DHL didn't collect on the the day stated.
However the goods were despatched on thursday via DHL .
I had marked it on eBay as despatched On thursday and have also sent you the carrier and tracking via the eBay systeml.

I have this is satisfactory and that you receive your instrument shortly

ご迷惑をお掛けしてもうしわけありません。通常通り手続がいかなかったのが原因です。
当方の事情を説明しますと、まずVincent Bach international から予定通り商品が届きませんでした。DHLが予定していた日に引き取りにこなかったからです。
しかし木曜日にDHLを通して発送されています。
木曜日にeBay上で「発送済」と記載し、トラッキングナンバーをeBayを通してお送りしました。
商品は近々お手元に届くと思います。
