Hi I understand your frustration as this is not my normal way of doing business.My excuses are genuine .
First the instrument failed to turn up from Vincent Bach international when requested then DHL didn't collect on the the day stated.
However the goods were despatched on thursday via DHL .
I had marked it on eBay as despatched On thursday and have also sent you the carrier and tracking via the eBay systeml.

I have this is satisfactory and that you receive your instrument shortly

まず、その楽器がヴィンセント・バッハ・インターナショナルから戻ってきていなかったので、DHL〔運送会社〕の定期の集荷に間に合いませんでした。
しかし、その品物は木曜日にDHLで発送されました。
私は、木曜日に発送されたことをeBayで確認し、また、eBayのシステムを通して、お客様にその荷物番号と追跡番号をお知らせしております。

とくに問題はないと思いますので、まもなくお客様の楽器をお受け取りになれると思います。
