あなたのpaypal口座の設定は米国以外の PayPalアカウントからの支払いを受け取ることができません。
私はＬＧ-3ギターの支払いをしようとしたが、支払いを完遂することができなかった。私は100以上の商品をebayで買っているが、このようなケースは初めてです。

Your Paypal’s account setting does not seem to accept payments from outside the U.S.
I tried to pay for the LG-3 guitar, but I could not complete the payment. I have purchased more than 100 products at eBay so far, but I have never experienced this kind of trouble.
My Paypal account is opened in Japan, and I have rented a warehouse in Floria to receive products.
