10月の状態と現在のギャップ
①受注に至るプロセスにおいてデモンストレーションを行うことがマストになっている。デモ可能な人員アサイン不足により遅れがおきた。
②デモ可能な人員が増えた影響で、デモ機が足りない状況に陥った。
③11月、12月に商談数を伸ばすことができなかった。(営業の認識・力量不足)⇒ 1月2月の苦戦
④商談プロセスが単純でなかった。
