既にお客様と会話を始めていますが、Q4では実際に機器を導入したうえで共同検証をしたいと思います。Q4のこの取組はFY16やFY17でのビジネスを創出するのに非常に重要な取り組みです。
全てのBUの中ではTCの売り上げが一番大きいです。これはIBMにとって喜ばしくチャンスです。JALはサービスの評価をシビアに行い、担当する人への評価も重要視しますが、現在IBMのサービス売上が多いのは現在の担当者が評価されているということです。今後もこの関係を継続、発展する必要があります。
In Q4, We already start conversations with our customers and we'd like to inspect it with them by introducing the devises. This Q4 project is so important to create business opportunities in FY16 or FY17. The sales of TC is the biggest of all BU. this is a preferable chance for IBM. JAL reviews the service strictly and especially places high priority on that of the person in charge. Therefore, the sales of IBM service has been in a good shape which means the person currently in charge is appreciated. The relationship needs to be continued and improved.
