既にお客様と会話を始めていますが、Q4では実際に機器を導入したうえで共同検証をしたいと思います。Q4のこの取組はFY16やFY17でのビジネスを創出するのに非常に重要な取り組みです。
全てのBUの中ではTCの売り上げが一番大きいです。これはIBMにとって喜ばしくチャンスです。JALはサービスの評価をシビアに行い、担当する人への評価も重要視しますが、現在IBMのサービス売上が多いのは現在の担当者が評価されているということです。今後もこの関係を継続、発展する必要があります。
In Q4, I would like to test with the customer using the hardware that is actually installed and I already have started conversation with the customer about this. This approach of Q4 is very important for creating new business of FY16 and FY17.
TC's sales are the biggest in all BU. This is pleased and also chance for IBM. Although JAL evaluate the service strictly and attach importance to evaluation of the person in charge, recent big sales of service mean that current person in charge got good evaluation. We need to continue keeping and developing the relationship.
