何回もキャンセルを申し出ているのに、応じてもらえません。
それどころか支払いも済ませてないのに勝手に船便で商品を送ったとのメールがきました。
また、断るなら未払いケースを請求すると言ってきました。

Although I have offered to cancel it several times, they haven't responded.
