I am very sorry to hear that and I can assure youit was not broken when I sent it (I have pictures as a proof if you need them). I believe the Post is liable for damage, can you please make a claim with them? they will ask for a proof that it's broken so I cannot do it. please keep me updated and we will find a saolution together.
Je suis désolé de l’entendre, mais j’assure que ce n’était pas cassé quand je l’ai envoyé. (Si vous l’avez besoin, j’ai une photo de faire la preuve.) Je crois que la Poste est responsable du damage, donc pourriez-vous faire une réclamation avec eux ? Ils demanderont la preuve que c’est réellement casé, et je ne peux pas la présenter. S’il vous plait, garde moi au courant et nous allons trouver une solution ensemble.
