ＱＣサークル活動を活用した仕事のやり方は、人間の意志・自主性を尊重し、人間の英知・創造性を発揮させ、活動の過程の話し合いから職場の人間関係が良くなり、楽しく仕事ができ、活力ある職場を実現することに大きく寄与する。

今、タガの外れきったかに見える一部の人達に、恥ずかしさやルール、マナーを守る感覚等欠片も無い輩が見うけられる。この国の、物質的に何と豊かで、何と心貧しい姿であろうか。
