大変感謝しています。

先日、お電話いただいた件で
銀行のほうで私の預けた金額を誤って、兄の口座へ入金してしまったと連絡をもらいました。
兄の口座から私の口座へ移動させるのに、兄のサインを記入する必要があるそうですね。その用紙を私の自宅に送ってくれたとのことですが、いまだに届いていません。

いつ届きますか？
