先日はご丁寧に最後までご対応いただきありがとうございました。
大変感謝しています。

先日、お電話いただいた件で
銀行のほうで私の預けた金額を誤って、兄の口座へ入金してしまったと連絡をもらいました。
兄の口座から私の口座へ移動させるのに、兄のサインを記入する必要があるそうですね。その用紙を私の自宅に送ってくれたとのことですが、いまだに届いていません。

いつ届きますか？

Thank you so much for serving me throughly the other day. I got a call that the bank mistakenly transfered the money I deposited into my bother's account. Apparently my bother's sign is required when transferring the money. The bank said the document for the process was sent to my house but I have yet to receive it.

When I expect to receive it?
