お問い合わせさせてください。
今ケースをあげれている件ですが・・

バイヤー様が壊してしまったようで
返金しろっと言われケースをあげられています。

この場合はセラーとして大変困ります。
バイヤー様が壊してしまった物もセラーに責任になるのでしょうか?

今回の商品は高額で私はebayの販売で生計を立てています。
どうおアドバイスをお願いします。

I am writing to you to inquire about a recent customer claim.
The buyer seems to have broken the product, but he insists that I should refund him, having submitted a claim.

This case is very troublesome for me as a seller.
Should I take responsibility when the buyer himself broke the product?

This item is expensive, and I make a living from selling at eBay.
I would appreciate your advice.
