商品の発送に関しましてご心配をお掛けし申し訳ありません
商品は予定通り本日発送予定です
通関の遅れなど問題がなければ通常3~5日程度で到着予定です
添付画像にもある通り商品は薄紙が巻かれメーカー出荷時のままです
検品した所、箱にも損傷はありません
これをエアキャップ、ダンボールにて梱包し発送致します
もしこれが破損して届いた場合はやはりUSPSにて保険を請求して頂く必要がありますがこれ以外の問題、例えばフィギュアの初期不良などの場合は商品返送頂いた上返金致しますのでどうかご安心下さい

It will arrive to you in 3-5 days if there is no problem of custom clearance delay.
The product is same as when the maker shipped it wrapped by thin paper as you can see attatched picture.
When we checked it, the box also does not have any damage.
We will send it to you packed with air cap and carbon box.
If it is damaged when you receive it, you need to claim insurance through USPS but please do not worry about refund. Except this problem, for example, if there is problem like initial failure, we will ask you to send it back and refund to you.
