配送に関して確認したいことがあります。
今月はじめ頃に注文したバスマットがまだ日本に届きません。
以下は注文した日と届いていない商品のリストです。
以下の商品は1/27に日本に到着しました。
ラージサイズのカラー：アイボリーはバックオーダーと聞いていますが、他のサイズ・カラーもバックオーダーなのですか？
既に送ってくれているのなら、1/6と1/9と1/13に注文した商品のトラッキングナンバーを教えてくれますか？
いつも受け取ってもらってるニュージャージーの運送会社とも連絡をとってみます。
I would like to check regarding delivery.
I have not received the bath mat that I ordered in the beginning of this month
in Japan yet.
I listed the day when I made an order and a list of items that have
not arrived in Japan.
The following items arrived in Japan on January 27th.
A large size color: I heard that the ivory is the back order.
Are other sizes and the colors also the back order?
If you had already sent, could you tell me the tracking number of the items
that I ordered on January 6ht, 9th and 13th?
I will also contact a delivery company that receives the items all the time.
