電話会議のご連絡をありがとうございます。
日本での2月11日は祝日（建国記念日）となっており、社内からの参加は困難です。
21時は何とか参加可能な時間ですので、自宅からの接続ができそうなら参加したいと思います。それが無理なら・・・ごめんなさい！今回は欠席させていただきます。お手数をお掛けしますが、会議後の情報共有をお願いいたします。こちらでも可能な議論は適宜行なっていきたいと考えておりますので、宜しくお願いいたします。今後、休日でなければ21時は対応可能な時間です。

Thank you for the schedule of the telephone meeting.
Unfortunately, we can not attend it from the company because February 11 is the Japanese holiday (National Foundation Day).
I might be able to attend it at 21:00 from my home if I manage to connect the line. If I can not, I'm afraid that I will not attend the meeting.
