クレジットカードに手数料が付いていたので先程ペイパルを通して購入しましたが購入できません。
最後まで進んだらこのようなメッセージが出てきました。

どうすればいいですか？
一応キャプチャーを送ります。
至急購入しなおしたいので、もう一度クーポンを送って下さい。

As there was the fee at the credit card, I tried to purchase it via Paypal a few minutes ago, but I could not purchase it.
