使用方法

1.本体（研ぎ部）に水を入れます。

2.研ぎ部が動かないようハンドル部分を手でしっかりと握ります。

3.荒研ぎ、中研ぎ。仕上研ぎの順に包丁を入れ、
軽く押し付けて前後にそれぞれ7～8回動かします。

4.それでも切れ味がよみがえらない場合は 3.を繰り返してください。

5.研ぎあがったら包丁を水洗いしてご使用下さい。

How to use

4. If the sharpness is not reproduced with the above, please repeat 3.
5. Rinse the knife after sharpened before use.
