返信ありがとうございます。郵便局に確認したところ、EMSの場合、インボイスと税関申告書は必ず入れなけらばならないようです。
送り状にはUSED LENSと、ギフトと記入する事は可能です。それでよろしいでしょうか？

Thank you for your response, checking with post office, I was told that invoice and customs declaration form has to be attached to shipment via EMS.
I can write down USED LENS and GIFT in the shipping document, would it be OK with you?
