今回の問題は顧客の不在とUSPSの不在通知の届け忘れというミスが原因となっており我々に落ち度はありません
我々は顧客と連絡をとりこの件を協議している
我々は送料を除いた全額を返金する予定だ

This problem was caused by the absence of the customer and the failure of USPS that did not sent a notification of delivery, therefore it was not our fault.
