●１３校が参加。
●対象学年は各校で決めても良いが、クリエイティビティと高い技術を持つことが条件。
●作品の管理に関しては各校の教務が責任を負う。
●デザイン画の選出は各校で行う。
●各校作品は５体製作すること。
●各パノプリの中に提供素材を必ず70％以上使用する（見える部分）こと。
●提供素材以外の別布、加工代、服飾資材等の負担は各製作者（もしくは学校）が担う。

*Each school can chose its grade that takes part, but high quality and high technology be required as the condition to join.
*A register of each school is responsible for keeping articles.
*Each school select its design drawings.
*Five items be provided per each school.
*Every pernopile should contain more than 70% of the provided materials (on outer visible part).
*The costs for cloths, processing, and fashion materials other than that for provided materials be paid by the produces (schools).
