私は既に君の商品を発送したが、日本の郵便局の手続きミスで配送が遅れていると、郵便局から私に連絡がきた
申し訳ないが商品の到着まで今しばらく待って欲しい
私が発送前に撮影した画像でも分かる通り、商品の箱は完璧だった
だから破損に驚いている
EMSには商品破損を補償する制度がある
これは差出人、受取人の双方が補償の申請をする必要がある
面倒ではあるが君には地元の郵便局に商品の破損状況の提出する必要がある
ただし、複数あった商品の一部の破損なので、玄寿ではいくらの金額が補償されるか分からない
I have already shipped your item, however I heard from Japan Post its shipping has been in delay due to the operational mistake at their end. I am sorry for the inconvenience, but your patience till its arrvial would be appreciated.
As you can see in the image I have taken prior to shipment, the item's package was perfectly done.
Therefore I am shocked to hear the damage.
EMS has a compensation system too cover the item's damage.
It requires the compensation claim from both the sender and recipient.
I am sorry to trouble you, but you need to go to the local post office for submitting the status of damage on your item.
However, the damage happened to a part of those several items, here at Genju, we do not know how much would be compensated.
