Hi, have just realised that I forgot to put the base in with her. If it OK with you I will refund £10 to cover this not being woth here as it will be quite expensive for me to send on afterwards. I also realised that the discount I wanted to give for the additional cost to send Airsure did not come off the invoice so would look to add a further £5 as it actually cost n=me over £17 to send in the end. So that would bring a total refund to £15 - are you OK with this? Many thanks and apologies once again for forgetting. Best regards, Maria

こんにちは。製品のベース（台）を付け忘れたことに今気づきました。もし貴方がよろしければ、この付け忘れた台の金額として、10ポンド分の返金処理を行わせて頂きたいと思っています。これからまた台だけをお送りするのは、かなりの金額がかかるので、手配する価値はないかと思います。またもう1つ気がついたのですが、Airsure をお送りするにあたり、追加分のディスカウントを差し上げるとお伝えしておりました金額についてですが、請求書上に正しく反映されていなかったため、5ポンド分追加して記載するよう手配します。実際は、追加分として最終的な送料が17ポンドほどかかりました。これらの内容から、最終的な合計返金額は15ポンドとさせて頂きたいと思っていますがいかがでしょうか？ご理解ありがとうございます。そしてご迷惑をおかけしましたこと再度お詫び致します。では上記に関しましてお返事お待ちしております。マリアより。
