私は次の3つの点を改善します。お客様からの評価を増やすこと、発送遅延をなくすこと、発送した注文に追跡番号を付けること。お客様の評価が少ないことに対しては取引後にお客様にメールを送り評価を依頼するようにします。発送の遅延に関しては注文後迅速に発送するようにし、さらにリードタイムを長くします。これまでは追跡番号がつかない発送方法を用いていましたが、今後はお客様に追跡番号をお知らせできるように追跡番号がつく方法で発送します。最近の発送した5つの注文には追跡番号を付けています。
I intend to make improvements on these three areas: to increase the quality of feedback from customers, to not send goods belatedly and to include a tracing number for every order that has been shipped. In regards to the low level of affirmation from customers, I intend to send a follow-up email to customers after every transaction to request for feedback. As for the elimination of late delivery, I will ship the goods speedily after receiving the orders and further increase the lead time. Currently, tracing numbers are not used to record down the shipping orders. Hence, I will attach tracing numbers to the order so that I can inform our customers of these numbers. I have already attached tracing numbers to the 5 order that I shipped out recently.
