I am writing to inform you that the pen i ordered weeks ago still has not arrived so I will not be able to give it to my mother even a a Christmas present (you will recall it was intended as her birthday present on 10.12). I am so disappointed at the service you have (failed) to provide- this pen is widely available and if you hadn't falsely claimed on your web page to be able to deliver it within 3-5 days i would never have chosen your company to buy from. I will now be taking this matter formally to Amazon, you can expect me to take this complaint up with full vigour and ensure that any future prospective clients are aware of your poor business practice and unreliability,

数週間前に注文したペンがまだ届いていなく、母親へのクリスマスプレゼントとしてあげることすらなきませんので連絡させて頂きます。(実際は10月の12日の母親の誕生日プレゼントのはずだったのを覚えてますよね)
そちらのサービスにとても失望しています。
もしウェブサイトに３日から５日以内で配達できると記載されとなかったら絶対そちらで購入はしていませんでした。
正式にこの問題をアマゾンに伝えるので、これからのお客さんもこの最悪なビジネスと信頼の欠乏に気がついて頂けると思います。

「あげることすらなきませんので」　→　「あげることすらできませんので」
「this pen is widely available」の訳が見当たりません。
「記載されとなかったら」　→　「記載されてなかったら」
「最悪なビジネスと信頼の欠乏」　→　「最悪」とまでは言ってないと思います。後半は直訳が過ぎるように感じます。
「Barrister-at-Law」は固有名詞ではないと思いますので、きちんと日本語にすべきではないでしょうか？
