I reserved a new guitar for the replacement. Please kindly check out the photo.
This model is no longer being manufactured.
The case will be made out of resin.

If you can kindly send me the receipt containing the required shipping charges for the product return, then I will issue you a refund of the actual cost.

As requested in a previous email, please kindly report if there were any damages on the guitar the your nearest postal office.
Please contact me once you have done so.

I will contact you once again when I get hold of the tracking number of the new replacement guitar.

「レシートの写真をメール頂ければ」　→　訳文ではレシートを直接送ることをお願いしてしまっています。
「the your nearest postal office.」　→　前置詞が欠けているのでしょうか？
