I have secured a brand new guitar for replacement. Please check the picture.
This model has been in the end of life status.
Please see the attached case made of resin.

Regarding the shipping fee required for the item return, I will repay you the actual expense if you email me the picture of the receipt.

As I have requested in the earlier e-mail, please report your local post office about the damge of the guitar.
After it is completed, please let me know.

I will get back to you again once the tracking number is fixed for the new guitar for replacement.

「Please see the attached case made of resin.」　→　少々誤解を生む表現のような気がしないでもないです。常識的に理解してもらえるとは思いますが・・・
