最初に連絡したメールでも説明しましたが、このRug padのPurchased Valueは$0です。
送信済みのINVOICEにも記載されています。
このメールにも資料を添付しました。
$249は以下商品のPurchased Valueです。
昨日、日本へ発送済みです。

この注文商品のTrackingNO,を確認するとExceptionと表示されています。
もうこの商品は届かないですよね?
再注文した方が良いですか?
今月で2回めです。
以下の届かなかった注文分もまだ返金されていません。
