あなたの商品は、間違った場所に発送されていました。オーダー管理番号を間違えた事と、事務スタッフと商品梱包スタッフ間でのダブルチェックがなかった事が原因です。
すぐに別の方法で送り直します。EMSという一番早い方法で送るので、７日前後で到着するはずです。
ですから当初の到着予定日時よりも早く到着する可能性があります。
