弊社オペレーション部門ではDHLの出荷ラベルを作成することが、出来ないため、御社でラベルを作成、印刷し、弊社まで郵送していただけるかどうか確認願いませんでしょうか？今回の注文の寸法は下記の通りです。

とても良いと思います。ただ細かいことを言えば、一行目「貨物の集荷を手配したかどうか」、四行目「弊社まで郵送していただけませんでしょうか」としたほうが原文に近く、かつ自然かと思います。また最後の行では「ご質問」「ご連絡ください」のほうが良いでしょう。
