自己心膜からサイズに合わせた弁尖を作成します。この時に横隔膜に近い心膜の方が厚み
があるので、サイズの大きい弁尖は横隔膜側より作製します。
運針の方向は、心膜は上から下、弁輪は下から上に行います。こうした方が、心膜によりふくらみを持たせて弁尖を美しく作製することが出来ます。
弁輪に直接縫合していきます。弁尖は弁が閉じた時に心膜の内側が左室側になるように縫合していきます。

Create a valve cusp suitable to your pericardium size. At this point, a pericardium near to diaphragm is thick, so big sized valve cusp is to be created at the diaphragm.
In case of pericardium stitch has to direct upward, and annulus requires opposite direction. By following these, you can create valve cusp having better flexibility.
Annulus has to be stitched directly. Valve cusp is stitched and placed on the left side of intrapericardial part when valve is closed.
