We notified the Japanese post office that the case was brokeb when it's arrived, and the key was missing. You already submitted the damage report to the UK post offuce, didn't you? The Japanese post office doesn't take any action unless the buyer applies before the seller. When it's applied, UK post office may call you. If you are contacted by them, please them about the broken case.
