お客様の要望はよく分かりましたが、その要望には一切答えることができません。
なぜなら日本の製品を日本から購入するということは、日本使用になっているのが当たり前じゃないでしょうか？今まで日本製のカメラをヨーロッパに発送していますがそのような要求は一度もありません。したがって私共に落ち度はないと判断しましたので、お詫びをする必要もありませんし、返金をする必要も無いと判断しました。

I'm afraid we cannot answer your request, though we understand. This is because we think it is normal that the product you purchased from Japan is optimized for use in Japan. We have exported other cameras made in Japan overseas as well but never received the same request as yours. We would not offer any apologies or refund since this is not the fault on our end.
We are hoping that you would understand our policy the nature of importing goods overseas.
