II would state that when I purchase a product in Britain, it is reasonable to expect any instructions to be in English, and also any electrical devices to be able to be used in Britain, both of which without having to expend further monies.
Yes I could purchase an adaptor for the power supply to battery charger at what cost I am not sure but estimate at £10-£20.
As a gesture of goodwill I would accept a credit note to the value of £50 in settlement of the dispute, failing this I would require a full refund for not only the camera but also, the spare battery: camera cover; and lens cover, I have purchased from Amazon.

The Japanese doesn't make a lot of sense. Especially the last two sentences.
The basic grammar like the uses of の、で、を etc. are not understood which makes the Japanese hard to comprehend.
