先日、貴店から購入したものが届きましたが、カスタマーサポート・カードが無く、取扱説明書の裏がはげていました（添付写真参照）。
日本で転売する為、購入したのですが、反応がとても悪いです。
時計自体は問題ないのですが、日本人は細かいディテールを気にする為と思われます。
もし可能なら、カスタマーサポート・カードと、取扱説明書を送っていただけますか？
今後も貴店で購入しようと思ってましたので、送るのが無理なら、今後の購入は付属品もフルセット・無傷で送ってもらえるか、教えてください。

I have received the item I bought from you the other day. The item, however, is not accompanied by a customer support card and the back of the instruction mannual is rubbed off (see the attached picture).
I bought the item to sell it in Japan, but I have received very bad response from people.
It is probably because Japanese people care about the details of the item. The watch itself has no problem.
Hence, I would like to ask you to send me the customer support card and another instruction mannual if it is possible.
I am willing to buy other items from you too, so even if you cannot send me those, I would also like you to tell me if other items will come with all the accompanying items undamaged.
