不良品についてこちらから連絡し、
仕入先から回答がきました。

製品の検査時にフックが塗装でくっついている場合、繰り返し開閉することで動きがスムーズになれば販売しています。
しかしながら、このように修正した場合でもお客様からフックが固まって動かなくなったというクレームで返品されることがありました。
以上の事により検査の時に問題があったものは、修正しても後に問題が発生する確率が高いものと思われます。
また、フックの留め部がゆるいものや曲がって本来の位置に収まらないものは、修正ができませんので販売はできません。

However, even if we fix them like this, there are still occasions that clients return the product with claim that the hook hardens and doesn't work.
Regarding to what is mentioned above, when there is problem at the time of inspection, we believe that even if we finished fixing, the probability that the problem occurs is still high.
Also, the hook's fastening part can not control something loose or bend itself and go back to its original position, therefore it is impossible to fix and even sell.
